Referring to a radio program as a "PBS" program is considered bad form amongst those that support public broadcasting. "Marketplace" is produced by American Public Media (APM). It is distributed to independent public radio stations nationwide. PBS is a television service and is unrelated (though some stations are dual radio and TV services with affiliations to NPR, PBS and other outlets).
